Senior Product Designer
Over the past three years, my journey has been a combination of innovation, collaboration, and growth. I updated the application to align with our business vision and customer needs. I worked on features including adding money, exchanges, transactions, onboarding, bank transfers, and the homepage.
Within 3 years, It started with stakeholder interviews, workshops, creating internal frameworks, mapping customer journeys, and researching competitors' features, flows, roadmaps, and business decisions.
I have created numerous prototypes for testing and presentations, as well as various interactions to enhance customer engagement.
I have set up the tracking events and their criteria throughout the application to ensure proper Mixpanel tracking. I have tracked different groups of events, which were later used to identify issues and form metrics. Our team mostly used the H.E.A.R.T. framework for this purpose.
I contributed to the creation of an efficient color system that allowed for the easy generation of new color themes. I also worked on account analytics, cryptocurrency, and stock features, transaction history enrichment, support, and internal multicurrency transfers.
I have created our design system that has survived several generations of different rules and tech teams. I have also developed a unique modular system within it which has enabled us to reduce the number of elements from over 3,234 to just one component.
I have extensive experience in conducting user surveys and interviews, both quantitative and qualitative, and have developed questions, reports, and frameworks to represent the value of specific features and their positive or negative impact on customers.
I've standardised and enhanced the design process within our company, led teams to understand my vision, managed tasks and user stories, interviewed candidates, and improved the Figma structure and process.
I have created a lot of complex systems wireframes, flows, informational architectures, and system architectures.
Additionally, I created 3D graphic assets for both mobile and web platforms and designed a website to meet specific needs.
I have always been an important contributor to the team, improving both collaboration and product quality.
